What if we stop a brain and create a similar enough new mind? in this case, we will assume nonzero likelihood for consciousness to carry over.

Still, even if no effort made, it is possible for matter (such as life) to eventually end up in a configuration that is similar enough to your old intellect.

If a new big bang is a possible reincarnation is a certainty since it will allow for an infinite time where matter can arrange itself, allow reincarnation.

Assuming direct reincarnation without intermediate steps is possible since the human brain size is significant from year one.
