Yaremchuk. It's kind of a complicated situation -- basically, I went to him to have custom chin and cheek implants designed and placed, but he ended up making a complete wraparound jaw implant. I was too much of a pussy to have the whole wraparound implant placed, so on the morning of surgery he just cut away the chin portion of the implant and placed that. So the rest of the wraparound implant is being stored at his surgery center for whenever I want to come back to have the rest of it placed, which he gave me a quote of $8500 for.
