I think, besides the fore head implant removal or making it different. It's time to not do ore plastic surgery stuff. I can't see it causing imporvements much anymore.
If I was you, looksmaxxing mise. I would fully go hairmaxxing. Hair on top, and facial hair also. I think with great hair grooming, you can ascend to nromie range face.
And I would suggest gymmaxxing.

All I can say If someone want to have a surgery .It is better to discuss it here with some very knowledgeable people that are legit and then decide with whom you will get the surgery, and only then discuss it thoroughly with the surgeon before proceed.
