What makes an eye area good?

Is it PCT + IPD + PFL + hooding + browridge? I’ll probably get crucified for saying this but I don’t think O’Pry has god tier eye area but Chico does. Especially Beckford. IMO I think X had one of the greatest eye areas ever, easily mogs 98% of models

Honestly I'm not an expert but I think it's all about the lower eyelid assuming all else is equal. It seems very hard to have a shitty eye area all else average/equal as long as you have a very tight undereyelid most peoples are droopy. Having properly decompressed eyes seems to contrinbue to this if the eyes protrude too much the undereyelid looks weaker .
