The only things most people agree on:
low sugar
keep all processed foods and processed seeds oils to an absolute minimum
If possible, it is better to grow/make some foods yourself such as vegetables and eggs.

And you practically cant slow down facial ageing. All the celebrities, actors, singers and I don't know who else has many plastic surgeries.

i probably won't end up making or growing my own food but yeah i can for sure avoid sugar and processed foods quite easily

Low sugar, minimal salt, 0 processed food, 0 seed oil, no artificial sweeteners, no snacks or fast food. Eat whatever else you want and consume probiotics. Organ meats once a week.

Lifestyle also matters a lot: Make sure you're active and don't smoke or drink, spend minimal time under the sun (one to two hours at most) and make sure you're avoiding the sun during peak hours (10-12PM usually). Stress ages you the most, so leave your house every once in a while and de-stress with meditation and music.

JFL I drink and smoke pretty regularly bc that's the only way I can cope with my existence :hnghn::hnghn:
Depression will do that to you, I don't feel good about it though. At all.

I will stop soon, especially now that I'm actually looking for a LTR. When I get that, I'm pretty sure it'll be a significantly healthier cope than drinking and smoking. I'm also moving out soon so that's a good time to really ascend on a personal level for me I think.

Yea definitely because fruit is sugar. The brain needs glucose to function since is the most efficient source of energy. But a combination of meat and fruits is best. Vegetables and seeds are anti nutrients, slave food.

Scientists found that it didn't matter as much what you ate but how many times you ate. They found that feeding rats every other day made them live like 40% longer and age slower. It humans, they think if you eat one meal a day and fast the rest of the day you should be doing the same thing. So do the common sense things like don't smoke or drink alcohol, wear sunscreen, exercise, eat a moderately healthy diet once a day and you should be good to go.

A whole Food plant based Diet consists of fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole Grains and some nuts and seeds. You Want to limit processed foods and animal products much as possible. also keep the amount of oil, salt and sugar low. the only supplement you need is b12 and vitamin d if you dont get much sun. make sure you also get enough omega 3 from sources like flax seeds, chia seeds and walnuts. also dont listen to the low iq people on here saying vegan isnt healthy. if you plan out a very healthy vegan diet with a variety of foods, its the best diet for health and logevity. ofcourse not every vegan is healthy, you can eat a lot of processed vegan foods like french fries, coca cola, oreo, vegan ice cream etc. but its not necessarily healthy.

Nigga didn't I already explain that to u? The ones that are bad are the ones that are made up of poly unsaturated fatty acids, they can't take heat because they are unstable so they will oxidize and they can't handle the processing. They will cause oxidative stress in ur body and will harden overtime, it's very hard to get rid of them. It's in almost all processed foods. Rapeseed oil, canola oil are examples but there are alot more.
