Im one of the unluckiest people here. Diagnosed with: IBD, IBS, SIBO, SIFO, leaky gut. Literally insane, every possible illness of the bowels.

Currently i haven't eaten anything today cause food makes me tired, gives me brainfog, acne, very bad breath, yellow tounge, extreme farting, and watery foul stools.

Worst of all, IBS and SIBO are permanen, its over once you have these 2, and they are the bane of all my problems now

Im so mad at God right now that i deliberately want to starve myself and just end it, it will be a poetic and ironic way to go oat anyways

Carnivore is the most effective diet for me, the least inflammatory one, but SIBO can get even worse from it cause of zero probiotics and prebiotics, causing worse dysbiosis.

Also tons of nutrients can't be found conventionally from a carnivore diet

Your guts are the most important thing in the world, your looks, brain and guts are the 3 most crucial things to live life, when your bowels are ill everything goes downhill.

My libido is so low right now that i don't have the urge to masturbate even a bit

It only looks like that on the surface, but they are all extremely connected. For example leaky gut is the first that happens always, once you get that then the chances of getting IBS and IBD are significantly higher. After you get IBD or/and IBS then you will have to start an immunosuppressive therapy. The turbo irony here is now that therapy significantly raises risks of bacterial, fungal and viral infections happening and combined with anti acids i took regulary i got SIBO and SIFO by the end

Anti inflammatory food is a meme term, vegans, carnivores, ketotards, paleotards will all claim different stuff being anti inflammatory and they will all cite studies proving it. Nutritional science is by far the most chaotic field on the planet. Caging when someone uses rocket science for something thats too complex. Nutritional science is a much better approach for that comparison

Like instead of eating normal food, you could take pills of every needed nutrient, probably very expensive to do though.
Ahh you mean the elemental diet? Thats my final option, but first im going to try very potent anti biotics to turbo nuke all the nigger bacteria in my bowels and see how that goes

Interesting, thats one of my theories as well btw, the low stomach acid thing. There was a guy on reddit on the anhedonia sub reddit that claimed his anhedonia and brainfog completely vanished once he discovered it was all caused by his low stomach acid. But never hesrd of the mast cell thing, what is that about?

As a revolutionist curry with an IQ of 147, even doctors failed in front of me.
Do this :
1: get rid of all eggs, Caesin and whey ( dairy ), gluten products entirely.
2: also try to limit corn, eggs etc as much as possible.
3: take stomach acid supplements with every meal, not ACV, bloating leads to inflammation, because your body doesn't just has enough bile or HCL to digest the food, specially meat.
4: start taking anti histamines ( you'll need higher than standard dose, because you have mast cell issues not just H1 receptor issues, along with Omega 3 fish oil.
5: Either try bilastine or fexofenadine, don't waste time with citerezen or any of those older ones.
6: don't take probiotics, not even yogurt.

Do this for one month, and beleive me you'll see magic happening, ones you get fixed, do not forget to brother me up and invite me to your country.

or just avoiding specifically inflammatory foods like processed shit and dairy etc

Have you tried dry fasting? I've heard it can cure alot of digestive issues by enducing autophagy (a process where your immune system cleans out damaged cells and replacing them with new and healthy ones)

Good advice bro, so basically you think i should do a proper carnivore diet? Also how can i be sure that i have mast cell issues? Man this is confusing me somewhat now, how do i know that my histamine is high?

Should i? Or is water fasting enough? Dry fasting does look very promising on the surface cause of your body burning cells just to makw metabolic water, but isn't it risky?

Yeah I would recommend raw carnivore specifically eating raw liver. If the liver is bitter then its not gonna be good for you. If not then eat that regularly for 2 or 3 weeks and see how your digestion is.

I get fucked digestion from eating vegetables. Potatoes are okay but I have perfect digestion eating a carnivorous diet cooked or raw.

Histamine is just a subset of mast cell, mast cell contains many more chemicals like P- glandis, etc.

So you need something that slows down or inhibits the entire mast cell, not just H1 receptor of a mast cell.

Blood tests? They are all extremely expensive, because barely anyone knows about mast cell issues, there aren't any perticular tests tho.

Mast Cells acts as Key Players in Allergy and Inflammation, new latest research confirmed

Mast cells (MCs) are a key structural and functional component of both the innate and the adaptive immune systems. They are involved in many different processes, but play a major role in the response to infections and in inflammatory reactions. In addition, MCs are the main effector cells in allergy. MC biology is far more complex than initially believed. Thus, MCs may act directly or indirectly against pathogens and show a wide variety of membrane receptors with the ability to activate cells in response to various stimuli. Depending on where MCs complete the final stages of maturation, the composition of their cytoplasmic granules may vary considerably, and the clinical symptoms associated with tissue MC activation and degranulation may be also different. MCs are activated by complex signalling pathways characterized by multimolecular activating and inhibitory interactions. This article provides a comprehensive overview of MC biology, focusing predominantly on mechanisms of MC activation and the role of MCs in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases.

you can get most of them if you eat organ meat usually. For calcium i recommending boiling bones into a broth and eating the marrow

Same situation ngl. Although not as bad as yours. Ive been taking some probiotics for the past couple of weeks and it has made things a lot better. I also take digestive enzyme with pepsin in it after heavy meals. My appetite has recovered a bit.

The worst part about digestive issues is that doctors have no fucking clue. The retarded doc diagnosed me with GERD and put me on pantoprazole which did jackshit
Also quit drinking milk.

Exactly. Doctors are pretty much useless in this type of situation. They'll say shit like "its lifelong, theres no cure blah blah" but dont believe these jewish rats one bit. Research your issue yourself. Read all the literature you can. Shit like IBS isnt just one disorder. Its an umbrella term for many types of disorders that will have different cures. You have to research the shit outta your condition. There are success stories and you can make it

yes you can. Most doctors dont give a fuck about one single patient so they just try to put you in their cookie cutters. Only you can cure yourself the best. The only problem one might encounter is lack of testing equipments. Also OP is a med student so he has a head start
