I think Broly has vastly greater Potential than cell, Imagine Broly went 2 Times into the hyperbolic time chamber and trained + 1000 Gravity Training etc, would be nuts. However cell also has saiyan genes He also gets stronger after Fights, its insane really.

Yeah they both have really high potential, Broly probably more in terms of raw power. I know DBZ brings back villains a ton but It would be dope if Cell came back. Him having so many of the past characters powers, he could surpass frieza and probably nearly everyone with training and new forms.
