Low effort cuz lazy atm, but it conveys mostly everything you need to know. ill make a more in depth version later. This is all without taking pills / fucking with hormones.
(This is all assuming you are lean.)

Shoulders:
-Gymcelling(sarms/roids optional)
-clavicle lengthening
-shoulder implants
-fashionmaxx

total net if you do all: +5”~
This can bring average shoulders to superman shoulders.

ribcage:

Yea I think it's kind of like why a thicker neck is more aesthetic. assuming someone is wearing basic clothing (not super tight muscly shirts) forearms, and the neck will always stick out the most because of their visiblity. def gonna look into doing mmore excercises for it, it fits into bicep work pretty easily.

Agree with everything except not training neck if you have narrow shoulders. Cristiano Ronaldo has 18” bideltoid and his neck hailos him hard.
 
Wish clothes fit me well. I'm a thick guy overall and I don't have a personal tailor like Kanye does. Maybe they will look better after losing weight tho.

What makes clothes look good on you when lean/skinny? Wide shoulders/small waist? I have wide shoulders but my waist will never be small.

yeah yours is better but you have some wrongs ;

first off purely bone wise ribcage widening is meme after teenage years which is like 16 17 at most and ribs are pretty much fixed in early twenties.

but you can increase size of your ribcage after adolescence by causing muscle growth around surrounding muscles like serratus anterior, lats, intercostals, pecs

and its pullovers not skull crushers lol, they are purely triceps exercise

and pretty much everything is cope about getting smaller hips unfortunately, if you have wide ones leaning down no matter what wont help

the stretch in the midsection might cause expansion. might as well incorporate for triceps. i think pullovers are better tho, widen lats.
