People who run for long distances are like prey. They are trying to run away from Chad who will easily catch them in a couple of seconds. It is over for long distance runners. They need to stop running and instead just go to the gym.

Being able to rep out push-ups just means you’re lean and athletic. Being a 250 pound bloatmaxxed juicer who can’t do push-ups or pull-ups isn’t aesthetic

ngl when im squatting heavy(on tren rn), I do wish I had the lung capacity of a runner like god damn bruh shit got me wheezing, running long distance wouldnt be detrimental to me since im not natty and am enhanced and better than you guys but perhaps I should incorporate it in slowly

I’m pretty sure I have fast twitch fibers and good sprint genes since I was the fastest kid in elementary and middle school . I’m still a Manlet KHHV tho
