Exactly 1 year ago I broke my arm while arm wrestling.
Before this accident, I used to be a 115kg fat powerlifter. I was insanely strong but also fat.
I couldn't weightlift anymore so I decided to go all in into cardio and diet.
I started using the warrior diet and burning 1000 kcal by using the CrossFit machine.
Went from 115kg to 87kg in 2 months and I can still keep going.
How healthy is this? Wil I get loose skin or regain all the weight like all my peers keep telling me?
