Infras alone are 13k, but thats based off a thread from last year 2022, now could be 13-16k lol

i emailed them late last year and they said it was $15k jfl. i’m gonna go down the realsurgerymax route anyway, hopefully that’ll be cheaper than having pags do both the design and surgical operation

Yeah sounds accurate 13k was early 2022 confirmed by a patient and 15k late 2022 by your email a guess now it's probably 15-17k now in mid 2023

i mean just have him design the implant and pag puts it in. real charges $1k for designs and i’d be surprised if pag charges anything more than $10k just to put the implant in

His plan was too conservative in the end. I wanted more significant advancement. Plus he overpromised and seemed too good to be true. Kinda scared me off. I don't think he botches, but results might be underwhelming.

I'm currently consulting with two lesser known docs who are offering a much better plan (but will require orthodontics post-treatment).

I'll share (and probably make a thread) after I finish planning with both of them and book a surgery. They are Euros, but more expensive than the Italians.

There are too many lurkers on this site and Pags got super busy after I made my threads about him lol. Want to make sure I'm first in line.

Don't think he over promises, he made a good observation to his surgical plan for me. We reduced the chin height by 1.7mm for the genio to prevent a step off. It changed the aesthetic, but I trust his judgement as he has a much wider view than my own tunnel vision. The other reason to reduce the height was to avoid giving me a long face and after reviewing it, I was content with the change as he was correct in his observation.

The guy is thorough and its one of those where you have to trust the process.

Problem with rs is he is very busy and hard to get anything going with .. prepare for a super long drawn out process if you go this route. A lot of patience is needed

So your gonna get rsm to design the implants then pags is gonna perform the surgery?
