I lost some weight and body fat % (and gained muscle mass %). Pretty sure I lost submental fat. I look great in regular selfies and in the mirror. But if I take pics from a downward angle or if you take an upward angle pic while I'm lying down in bed, I look like dogshit. I look like a fat white expat in the Philippines in that photo. My gf is Chinese not Filipina. But in dim bedroom lighting you can see that she is clearly darker than me. She looks like a jungle gook. Even though she isn't a jungle gook. Out in the sunlight in public she looks light-skin.
