a lot of strategies described in this forum are fairly mainstream in less blackpilled sites like r/skincareaddiction, jaw surgery form, and hair loss forums. but there are few random out-there looksmaxxes that are niche enough to not be widely known outside PSL and looksmax forum in particular. which of these have made the single biggest different in your appearance. links to relevant threads welcome.

for me this is beta carotene. subtle but noticeable visible change in my skin tone based on this:

Routine
Nobody on PE forums gets the importance of the two stages – make bigger, keep bigger. And so nobody realises the routine is the important thing.

And your routine is going to be based on you because some of you live with parents and roommates and some live alone and workin offices or whatever.
I lived with roommates when I started this, so had to be careful.

Here’s my routine with all the elements.

1. Get up and in morning do bundled stretches and A stretches to get my dick long.
2. Then hang if I have time for 20 minutes or so to really get dick long
3. Put on sleeve and bathmate for 5-10 minutes in shower
4. If alone, then SSJ and another bathmate session
5. After bathmate, leave dick to relax a bit while I get dressed
6. Get a light weight vacuum sleeve and weight (1lb) and keep it on all day
7. During day, take sleeve off to piss and do some light A-stretches if dick doesn’t feel fatigued
8. Evening: A stretches before bed

But yeah, the most important things to do are, by far, surgery, nothing will have nearly as much as impact

But keeping on your original intent, I guess starvemaxxing? but myproana advises it, not for men tho
I'm curious about beta carotene btw, how to get it? any pics of the difference?

Mine is a list of looksmaxxing Ive done both before/after discovering PSL:

1. Growing out long hair to cover somewhat-large forehead (high-top dreads like 21Savage in my case)
2. Keto/Carnivore - Debloating. This brought me from having puffy cheeks to hollow cheeks.
3. Glasses -> Contacts. This was falio’ing me because glasses + black = death sentence
4. Fashionmaxxing. This is more of a hobby for me anyways, but there is def a halo for being stylemaxxed if ur Gen Z
5. SARMS. Sucks ass that my wrists are still skinny asf after doing MK677, but my hands grew, and muscles in general grew a lot after an 8 weeks cycle of LGD.

Lean Maxxing and rtt and some cheeky illegal money max methods and the blackpill have all enhanced my life, all ideas were from here and I fucking have to give it to this autistic shit hole... Yall have some smart ideas :p

Those eye drops that make your eyes brighter, chewing (but for chewing to work you have to build up the masseter size and then starve yourself for a while to remove the face bloat) insoles(if you are 5'9 adding an inch or two of height puts you noticeably taller than alot of people in america) mouth widening, hair(very important added one psl to me)

Leanmaxxing is the BIGGEST bang for your buck. If you could only do 1 looksmax in life that is the one.

I think no crazy teenager here would do it, but it definitely IS the most powerful looksmax if some crazy Professor agrees to do it on you :ROFLMAO:

I have to admit, after leanmaxxing, even though I am perfectly good, now I cannot stop... fillers, botox, rhinoplasty, hair transplant, ... Feel like im turning into an ageing foid 😢😢😢

It’s because you’re obsessed with becoming chad, this forum has fucked up your mind (if like you say you’re perfectly good). It will never happen if you aren’t naturally gifted, you’ll become too uncanny looking and people will see right through it making you even more depressed.

Ascend to above average looking then focus on other aspects of your life is my mantra.

Not really PSL exclusive but aggressively gymmaxxing, getting lots of sleep and injecting HGH helps a lot if you are <16
 
1. leanmaxxing. I always thought 14-15% bodyfat is ok. What is preached here is different than bb forums, reddit fitness threads etc.
2. the different types of surgeries and how each can improve your face
3. fillers for the jawline(they may be mainstream now but i found out about them here)
 
I recomend to everyone to have a writen list of every Looksmax and apply them, but my most powerfull Loksmaxes are :

- Light stubble (jaw area)
- Outward gonions (jaw area)
- Taller chin (jaw area)
- Being Lean (Health area)
- Having wider jaw (Jaw area)
- Having positive eyebrows (eye area)
- Having hooded eyes (eye area)
- Having lower set eyebrows (eye area)
- Tanning (colouring area)
- Having a good hairline and having the haircut with bangs upstairs
- Having good skin collagen/texture (Health area)
- Having vertically thinner eyebrows (eye area)
- Having good jaw bone mass (jaw area)


Guys, i recomend you have a full list of every looksmax and apply them every day, so you are at Full power everyday

Its legit but should not be consumed from a non-animal food and ideally from red meats like ground beef, steaks, lamb, bison and ruminant animals that are grass fed, they contain 0 carbohydrates with it so they don’t giga bloat you from spiked blood sugar levels leading to insulin increasing leptin the hunger hormone and causing you to be in a inflammatory state if you do consume beta c. From sources that contain carbohydrate sources or its other forms such as fructose, sucrose, and high fructose corn syrup
