Dry/wet/intermiddent fasting I am not a big fan of. I do respect 24h fasts once a month or fortnite to help clear the body and reset. But other than that fasting is cope. (Just drinkwater for 16h bro to become chad JFL. Then eat as 2000 calories of pure carbs later bro).


Look at my diet megathread for some breif advice.
